Electronically edited, enhanced and composed sound documents on several of London’s twentieth century housing projects, focusing specifically on Lillington Gardens (1971), Trellick Tower (1972) & The Barbican (1982).

This release is a stereo mix of a multi-track sound installation. It aims to ask three questions. Do we successfully control noise in our cities today? Can we design sound for our built environment to render our experiences of these spaces more unique and liveable? And what role could developed audio play in providing unique and creative fingerprints to both public and private spaces?
